Terms of purchase
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Welcome to DMTX Store.
These Purchase Terms apply to your browsing, selection, and purchase of products or services via the DMTX Store website, related pages, or other official sales channels.
Please read these Purchase Terms carefully before submitting an order or completing payment. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy, shipping instructions, return/exchange and refund policies, and other relevant rules published by DMTX Store.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not submit an order or use the associated purchasing services.
I. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to products and services provided by DMTX Store, including but not limited to:
– Physical goods;
– Digital goods;
– Software, license keys, and redemption codes;
– Online services;
– Membership services;
– Pre-sale items;
– Customized products;
– Other content displayed or sold on the website.
Different products may be subject to additional instructions, license agreements, usage rules, or special conditions.
In the event of a conflict between special instructions on a product page and these Terms, the explicit instructions provided on the product page for that specific item shall prevail, provided they do not violate applicable laws.
II. Eligibility to Purchase
When placing an order at DMTX Store, you confirm that:
– You possess the legal capacity to enter into and perform a purchase contract;
– The information you provide is true, accurate, complete, and valid;
– You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
– You are purchasing products or services for lawful purposes;
– You will not use this service to engage in fraud, money laundering, infringement, or other illegal activities.
If you are a minor, you must make purchases under the guidance and with the consent of your parents or legal guardians.
III. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product names, images, specifications, colors, dimensions, features, stock availability, prices, and other descriptions.
However, due to factors such as display devices, lighting conditions, production batches, measurement methods, and technical limitations, the actual product may differ reasonably from the images displayed on the page.
Product images are generally for illustrative purposes only. The following are typically not considered product quality issues:
– Slight color variations due to screen display;
– Reasonable dimensional variances due to manual measurement;
– Slight differences between production batches;
– Packaging changes where the product itself remains substantially unchanged;
– Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect normal use.
Please carefully review the product description, specifications, compatibility requirements, and applicable conditions before purchasing.
If you have any questions regarding product information, please contact us before placing an order.
IV. Pricing
The product price is determined by the amount displayed on the checkout page at the time the order is submitted.
Unless otherwise stated on the page, product prices may exclude:
– Shipping fees;
– Expedited shipping fees;
– Customs duties;
– Import taxes;
– Value-Added Tax (VAT);
– Customs clearance fees;
– Payment processing fees;
– Other fees charged by third parties or the destination country/region.
We reserve the right to adjust product prices based on market conditions, costs, promotional activities, and inventory levels.
Price adjustments will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for, except in cases of anomalous orders resulting from obvious system errors, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.
V. Obvious Pricing Errors
If a product displays a clearly unreasonable price due to technical glitches, manual entry errors, system anomalies, or other reasons, we reserve the right to take the following actions prior to shipment or service delivery:
– Correct the product price;
– Contact you to pay the price difference;
– Allow you to cancel the order;
– Cancel the order and issue a refund via the original payment method.
Even if payment has been made, an obviously erroneous price does not constitute a binding commitment on our part to fulfill the order at that incorrect price.
We will notify you as soon as the issue is discovered and handle the situation accordingly.
VI. Order Submission
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not mean the item has been reserved.
An order is considered submitted only after you have completed the following steps:
1. Selecting the product(s);
2. Entering delivery or fulfillment information;
3. Selecting a shipping/delivery method;
4. Selecting a payment method;
5. Confirming the order details;
6. Completing payment or obtaining payment authorization.
Upon submission, the system may send you an order confirmation message.
An order confirmation message indicates only that we have received your order request; it does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted or can be fulfilled.
VII. Order Acceptance
DMTX Store reserves the right to review orders.
An order is generally considered formally accepted once payment is confirmed, inventory is verified, and the shipment or delivery process has commenced.
Prior to formal acceptance of an order, we reserve the right to reject or cancel the order for the following reasons:
– Insufficient product inventory;
– Product is no longer available for sale;
– Obvious errors in product information or pricing;
– Payment failure or failure to obtain payment authorization;
– Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
– Risk of fraud, resale, or other irregularities associated with the order;
– Order violates laws, regulations, or platform rules;
– Product cannot be delivered to the designated area;
– Force majeure or other reasonable grounds.
If payment has already been collected, we will refund the amount paid via the original payment method, subject to the specific circumstances.
VIII. Inventory
Product inventory levels fluctuate based on orders, returns/exchanges, and supply conditions.
An "in-stock" status on the product page does not guarantee that the inventory will be successfully reserved for you prior to the completion of payment.
If insufficient inventory is discovered after payment, we may:
– Contact you to wait for restocking;
– Offer an alternative product;
– Ship items in separate batches;
– Cancel the out-of-stock items;
– Issue a refund for undeliverable items.
We will not substitute out-of-stock items with significantly different products without your consent.
IX. Payment
Payment methods supported by DMTX Store are those displayed on the checkout page.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
– The payment account is genuine and valid;
– There are sufficient funds or credit available in the account;
– The payment is authorized by the account holder;
– Billing information is accurate;
– You do not use stolen, misappropriated, or illegally obtained payment instruments.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers, banks, or acquiring institutions.
We may not access or store your full bank card details; specific data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy and the rules of the payment service provider.
10. Payment Failure
An order may fail to complete under the following circumstances:
– The transaction is declined by the bank;
– Insufficient account balance or credit limit;
– Failure of risk control verification;
– Incorrect payment information;
– Payment page timeout;
– Payment channel temporarily unavailable;
– Restrictions on cross-border transactions;
– Payment revoked or returned.
If the payment fails but your account shows a deduction, please first check the transaction status.
Some transactions may be temporary pre-authorizations that will be automatically released by the bank or payment institution.
If the order was not successfully created but the funds have not been returned after an extended period, please contact us and provide proof of payment.
11. Coupons and Promotions
Coupons, discount codes, "spend-and-save" offers, and other promotional deals may be subject to specific conditions, including:
– Validity period;
– Minimum spending amount;
– Specific products or categories;
– Specific regions;
– Specific users;
– Usage limits;
– Incompatibility with other offers.
Unless otherwise stated on the promotion page:
– Coupons generally cannot be redeemed for cash;
– Coupons may not be sold, transferred, or obtained illegally;
– Only one eligible offer may be used per order;
– Used offers may not be reinstated after order cancellation or return;
– Refund amounts are calculated based on the actual amount paid.
We reserve the right to cancel offers and related orders if we detect abuse, duplication, misappropriation, or acquisition of offers through technical means.
12. Delivery
Order processing times, delivery areas, shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and handling procedures for delivery exceptions regarding physical goods are subject to the delivery information published by DMTX Store.
Estimated delivery times are for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific time.
Delivery may be affected by the following factors:
– Weather conditions;
– Traffic;
– Public holidays;
– Peak logistics periods;
– Customs inspections;
– Incorrect recipient information;
– Force majeure events;
– Operations of third-party logistics service providers.
Please ensure that the name, phone number, and address you provide are accurate and complete, and keep your contact line open during the delivery period.
13. Transfer of Ownership and Risk
To the extent permitted by law, the risk of damage to or loss of physical goods generally transfers to the recipient upon completion of delivery.
If you designate a third party to receive the goods, or choose delivery via a parcel locker, reception desk, property management office, neighbor, or other method, the goods are generally deemed delivered once the delivery is completed according to that method.
Ownership of the goods may transfer to you after we have received full payment and completed delivery.
Where applicable laws contain mandatory provisions to the contrary, such laws shall prevail.
14. Inspection of Goods
Upon receipt of physical goods, please inspect the following as soon as possible:
– Quantity of goods;
– Model of goods;
– Color or specifications of goods;
– Condition of outer packaging;
– Whether the goods are damaged;
– Completeness of accessories.
If you discover incorrect items, missing items, damage, or obvious quality issues, please contact us promptly and provide your order number, photos of the goods and packaging, the shipping label, and any necessary unboxing videos.
Failure to report issues in a timely manner may affect our ability to verify details with logistics service providers or suppliers, but it does not waive the legal rights granted to you under applicable laws.
15. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, refunds, partial refunds, refund timelines, and the scope of items ineligible for return or exchange are subject to the Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy published by DMTX Store.
Please do not return the goods on your own before submitting a return or exchange request.
Items returned without prior confirmation may not be correctly identified or processed.
If a return or exchange is requested for personal reasons, the user may be responsible for associated shipping costs and any depreciation in the item's value.
Liability arising from product quality issues, incorrect shipments, or missing items will be handled based on the specific circumstances and applicable laws.
16. Digital Products
Digital products may be delivered via:
– Download links;
– Email;
– User accounts;
– Authorization codes;
– Redemption codes;
– Online access rights;
– Other electronic means.
Once a digital product has been sent, downloaded, viewed, activated, redeemed, or used, returns or refunds without specific cause are generally not supported, except in cases of technical malfunction, unusability, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
You are responsible for confirming that:
– Your device system meets the requirements;
– The software version is compatible;
– Your network environment is functional;
– Your account information is correct;
– The use of the relevant product or service is permitted in your region.
17. Software and Licensing
If purchased software, themes, plugins, templates, code, authorization codes, or other digital content are accompanied by a license agreement, you must also comply with that agreement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page or in the license agreement, purchasing software or digital content generally grants you only a limited right of use and does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights.
Without authorization, you may not:
– Copy, resell, or distribute the content;
– Rent or sublicense it;
– Remove copyright or rights notices;
– Circumvent authorization verification;
– Use a personal license for multiple projects that do not meet eligibility criteria;
– Publicly upload digital content to sharing platforms;
– Use it for illegal, infringing, or fraudulent activities.
Violation of licensing rules may result in the termination of the license, and fees already paid may not be refunded.
18. Customized Products
Customized products include goods and services that are manufactured, modified, printed, developed, or configured according to user specifications.
Before placing an order for customized products, please carefully verify the following:
– Text;
– Images;
– Dimensions;
– Colors;
– Functions;
– Design drafts;
– Technical requirements;
– Scope of delivery.
Once the production, development, or configuration of customized products has commenced, orders generally cannot be cancelled, nor are returns accepted without specific cause.
The user may be liable for additional costs arising from incorrect information provided by the user, infringement of intellectual property rights regarding materials, or changes in requirements.
19. Pre-sale Products
The estimated shipping time for pre-sale products is as stated on the product page.
Pre-sale schedules may be subject to change due to factors such as production, transportation, supplier issues, or customs clearance.
Except as otherwise provided by applicable law
